Regardless of one’s previous training and experience, Echelon’s personnel development program educates guards on the foundations of of professional security work, including the law of self-defense, topical legal briefs, defensive tactics, the social dynamics of proper deescalation, crisis intervention, community affairs, outreach services, private investigations, armed guarding and many others integral areas of expertise.
