Regardless of one’s previous training and experience, Echelon’s personnel development program educates guards on the foundations of of professional security work, including the law of self-defense, topical legal briefs, defensive tactics, the social dynamics of proper deescalation, crisis intervention, community affairs, outreach services, private investigations, armed guarding and many others integral areas of expertise.

At Echelon, successful and driven guards are rewarded with the ability to job-craft details and assignments, work on leadership teams to develop training programs and outreach models, and elevate themselves into new roles and responsibilities.
